An error has occurred when creating a new connection with the LogicApps Azure Database for MySQL connector.

Message: Failed to create connection: {"error":{"code":"ApiConnectionManagementServiceFailure","message":"The service is temporarily unable to service your request. The tracking Id is '65e9e57c-2798-4f25-84f5-17bc8f2e32c6'."}}
