If you open a Logic App workflow on Visual Studio Code, normally the trigger will be presented on the top of the screen, which makes sense. However, if you open another file, it can be a setting file or another workflow, and then return back to the initial workflow, you no longer the workflow will be presented with the trigger on top of the screen but almost at the bottom of the screen.
This is a bizarre and annoying behavior
Steps to Reproduce the Bug or Issue
Open a Logic App workflow in the designer on Visual Studio Code
open another file
return to the previous workflow
