Modify ADO repo initialize script to support different repo names

PR Summary into Azure/mlops-project-template

As discussed briefly with Setu - PR for adding support for different repo naming conventions in ADO. You may wish to alter the variable name if it doesn't conform to conventions.

Changes

• Modified .azuredevops/initialise-project.yml to:
  • define the name of the imported mlops-v2 repo in ADO (defaults to mlops-v2)
  • run repo and pipeline scripts from this updated location
• Modified .azuredevops/scripts/initialise_repo.sh to accept the template repo as an argument and updated references to use this new variable.
