Updated MLOps architecture to include Feathr store. Please review and approve

@arun13go Is there any accompanying documentation for each of the points where Feathr is represented in the architectures that could be integrated into the README at https://github.com/Azure/mlops-v2/blob/main/documentation/README.md? These images will be propagated to the main README so we'd like to have some explanation.
