I added a test matrix on CI to test on win/linux/mac across different node version (starting from v8, the minimum we support)
I added a full e2e test scenario, accessible with npm run test:e2e
I would love to be able to run the e2e scenario on the CI, but for now I'm stuck on authenticating @azure/ng-deploy in a non-interactive for the CI (also needed for the az cli, but seems that this is supported). It would be nice to have some help with this :)
