Rename [Reason] to [nxReason], and set DscProperties to notConfigurable #16

The current class name [Reason] would conflict when compiling a MOF with several module implementing similar class names. As per the Microsoft docs, we should rename [reason] to something that should be unique to this module: [nxReason].

This issue was addressed in a subsequent extension release :)
