First upload of auto-generated REC-as-DTDL models.

There is substantial work remaining to be done on these models over the coming couple of days.

Latest commit updates REC to the 3.2 version as discussed; also includes more specific DTMI:s. I still need to run this through the DTDL parser for validation.

I just ran the parser and recognized that I generated DTMIs incorrectly (using commas rather than semicolons as separator for the version). Will fix and update shortly.

All models now pass the DTDL validator.

@alinamstanciu I just uploaded some updated models w/ longer descriptions. Is this in line w/ your thinking? As I wrote on the Teams channel, this improves the documentation quality of the underlying REC ontology as well, so it's great to get it done -- I'm just a little concerned about the time requirements and whether we'll be able to document everything sufficiently well within those time reqs. Let's talk more this evening.
