Rename ITCHardware.json to ICTHardware.json #25

Fixing inconsistencies in the file name to rename this to ICTHardware vs. ITCHardware. The interface dtid inside is also: dtmi:digitaltwins:rec_3_3:asset:ICTHardware;1, so the file name should match that.
