OWL2DTDL is not using DTDL parser #4

Hi @hammar ,

OWL2DTDL is not using DTDL parser https://www.nuget.org/packages/Microsoft.Azure.DigitalTwins.Parser/ - to validate the generated DTDL

Blocked for now by DotNetRdf library incompatibility; OWL2DTDL uses DotNetRdf 2.6.0, Microsoft.Azure.DigitalTwins.Parser appears to require an earlier version (2.5.1?)

@alinamstanciu the DTDL parser library you referenced has a Project Site listed of https://github.com/Azure/azure-iot-digitaltwin-libraries - which doesn't seem to exist or maybe is private? ... did it move somewhere else?
