NamedInterface documentation #118

I noticed that the Azure IoT central samples have a @type : [ "Interface", "NamedInterface" ] but I cannot find any docs about the NamedInterface.

NamedInterface is a CoType defined by IoT Central. I dont see any actionable task related to this repo.
