Suggestion implementation `wattHour` as unit of Energy #138

Hi,

I'm wondering why wattHour is not a suggested unit of Energy that can be used in DTDL? Would this be a useful addition? I'm working on a product that is build on top of DTDL.

Thanks for your contribution.

We are not making any changes to DTDL v2, so I will proceed to close this PR, however we are actively working on DTDL v3, and we are considering adding wattHour as unit of energy.

Stay tuned for future updates to see if the new semantic types for energy satisfy your requirements.
