when coming from pages like (this one)[https://github.com/digitaltwinconsortium/ManufacturingOntologies] the (version 1 of the DTDL spec)[https://github.com/Azure/opendigitaltwins-dtdl/blob/master/DTDL/v1-preview/dtdlv1.md] warn that it is there is a version 2 and points to it. I guess it should either point to the version 3 or the version 2 should warn that there is a version 3.
