Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. We should create a GitOps based example so that we can show the power of bringing ApplicationGroups down from a git repository

@scotty-c this can be part of the work you are doing to show how Orkestra can leverage any CD framework in addition to directly deploying the ApplicationGroup resource
