Configure Application Gateway Ingress Controller #53

The R3 template design is to utilize the Application Gateway Ingress Controller. This needs to be configured into the infrastructure and be deployed as part of the infrastructure template.

Acceptance Criteria

  1. All Tests should pass.
  2. A Hello World Application should be able to be deployed and available at the ingress point.
