Describe the bug

The 'partnercenter' extension version 0.1.2 is not compatible with your current CLI core version 2.49.0. This extension requires a min of 2.0.67 and max of 2.43.0 CLI core. Please run 'az upgrade' to upgrade to a compatible version.

Use --debug for more information

To reproduce

run the command on an up to date azcli
