Revert RM upgrade to DS-2.0.2

Revert "Upgrade to DS-2.0.2 (#446)" due to being unable to add simulated devices. It will be upgraded again once this support is reintroduced in the latest version.

No longer reverting this as we have decided we will fix this by making changes in device simulation specific for RM add scenario.
