Create a new group by starting from an existing group; clone #1156

Type of issue

Description

I want to create a new device group by cloning an existing group, and then making the small changes needed. This will save me time from creating a new device group from scratch over again.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Go to Rules
  2. Click on Manage groups
  3. Create a new group
  4. Want to copy an existing group and modify it a bit. Don't want to have to start from a new group
