Add configType dropdown in new PackageFlyout
Add configType dropdown in Packages Grid
Add configType dropdown in new DeployementFlyout
Add configType dropdown in Deployments Grid
Show CustomMetrics in DeploymentDetails Page
Remove FirmwareUpdate from DeviceJobs
