fix: update kube_* jobs to correct job

PR Description

Moving the following metrics to the correct scrape job -> kube_persistentvolumeclaim_access_mode|kube_persistentvolumeclaim_labels|kube_persistentvolume_status_phase as they were incorrectly being added to the kubelet target instead of kube-state-metrics
