Update the bash script to set Azure Front Door as the root uri used for the $hostName/signin-oidc redirectUri from Azure AD App Registration

Comments

Was resolved in PowerShell script and the bash script is not aligned by feature parity
Should have been included in https://github.com/Azure/reliable-web-app-pattern-dotnet/pull/225
