Addressing repo issues

@simorjay , I tried to address the majority of issues reported in the repo:

• changed dependency from AzureAD(Preview) to Microsoft Graph
• changed clientId from Intune to Microsoft Graph
• updated script to use MgGraph Request vs Invoke-RestMethod
• fixed issue with group assignment due to malformed variable
• Addressed several conflicts in polices (see below)
• Renamed PAW Defender Firewall to old_json to avoid importing it as it duplicates with most settings in Endpoint Protection policy

There were a lot of conflicts in the PAW policies that I went through and adjusted myself ( I didn't look at the other policies except PAW)

Policy updates:

• Dropped Home Group stuff, as it was removed from the OS https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/homegroup-removed-from-windows-10-version-1803-07ca5db1-7bca-4d11-68a3-a31ff4a09979
• Hide\Sleep removed from Custom since part of Device Restriction
• Sleep already configured with Device Restriction Policy
• GuestLogin EnableInsecureGuestLogons removed from custom since in Endpoint-Protection

I did my best with the time I had, but ultimately, I recommend Microsoft updating the baseline configs and aligning them.

@TheUniquePaulSmith - thanks for the checkin - let me review with my colleague and see if I still have the ability to merge the code... It's been a few since I supported the work, and as such might need to find an owner that can move the work forward!
