update to the latest version of Semantic Kernel #11

Hi, Are there any plans to update to the latest version of Semantic Kernel?

There is version 1.12 but I will be happy with 1.4 or later... https://github.com/microsoft/semantic-kernel/releases/tag/dotnet-1.12.0
