Only deploy tagged releases #41

Prevent the deploy job from triggering for master

The build on master is failing because the deploy job is running for master (it shouldn't, just for tags) and since there are no tags yet in our repo, VERSION is empty.

I'm going to push a tag and test out the deployment now. 🔥
