Migrate from glide to dep #42

It was inevitable that I'd submit this. Do I get points for waiting a whole week? 😀

Moved from glide to dep
Removed unused files from vendor via dep prune.
Removed dependencies target from the Makefile, everything is committed to vendor.

I recommend only diffing the first commit.

Can I ask that this PR please include a new step in the CI workflow to validate the integrity of the vendored code? I know dep hasn't implemented that feature yet, but if you look at OSBA, you can see the (expensive) way that we're doing it now. It's better than nothing.
