Service Fabric Mesh SDK installer link is broken #218

The link for the Service Fabric Mesh SDK installer is broken (https://github.com/Azure/service-fabric-mesh-preview-pr/blob/master/docs/conceptual-docs/setup-developer-environment-sdk.md).

Following the http://aka.ms/sfmeshsdk link redirects to http://download.microsoft.com/download/0/4/4/04433D0E-E60C-4808-8781-AD77F434F830/MicrosoftServiceFabricMeshSDK.3.2.162.msi which returns a 404.

@amolenk - Apologies for the broken links. We have been modifying the documentation in preparation for the public preview. Please use the instructions at: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/service-fabric-mesh/service-fabric-mesh-howto-setup-developer-environment-sdk
