[FEATURE] Allow custom certificates in Static Web Apps #475

Some customers uses a single corporate certificate chain and will want to be able to use it for this service as well as others, and managing different chains can become a burden, so, allowing them to customize the cert, perhaps even integrating that feature with azure keyvault is worth working on as a feature for Static Web Apps.

I fully support the request. In the company I work (+50K employees) this is a big problem that may lead to do not accept it. And I am sure there are many more that would welcome such feature.
