Feature request: Please add "WhatIf" support to Azure Portal deployments #60

The Azure Portal integration of Template Specs has improved recently with the addition of UIFormDefinitionFile support. This means that more users will be deploying specs via the GUI. It would be nice the Portal GUI also supported some equivalent of the command line "-WhatIf" mode.
