Feature Request: Add option to only deploy zone names that are region specific easily #39

Description

To make expanding into multiple regions easier with this module, it would be great to have a toggle to only deploy the regional (e.g. the ones that have some form of region or geo code in the DNS zone name) DNS zones, instead of having to manually craft the input to the var, as you would have to today for a subset of the zones for private link
