Add AAD type authentication for P2S VPN

Description

Add AAD type authentication for P2S VPN Gateway.

Not 100% sure if the tenant used for testing has the Azure VPN app authorized, so the example changes I added may cause a failed build. Please refer to to documentation to authorize it.
