Description

I would like for this AVM module to have the ability to set custom autoscale settings

This feature is available in CAF modules and this functionality could be added with azurerm - azurerm_monitor_autoscale_setting https://registry.terraform.io/providers/hashicorp/azurerm/latest/docs/resources/monitor_autoscale_setting

Update: Functionality has been proposed as a seperate AVM module as avm-res-insights-autoscalesettings @ https://github.com/Azure/Azure-Verified-Modules/issues/1684
