Add Azure AI Services, AI Services Connection, and AI Project for AI Studio deployments #25

Description

Adds deployment of the following resources when kind parameter is set to hub for creating an instance of Azure AI Hub (i.e. Azure AI Studio):

Azure AI Services
Azure AI Services Connection
Azure AI Project

Adds an example for deploying Azure AI Hub.
