Make compute configurable #35

allow option to configure compute

Proposal: Instead of making AML compute configurable, I suggest removing it from this module all together. It is unlikely that any associated compute (AML compute instance, AML compute cluster, AKS, other, etc.) will be provisioned simultaneously with the workspace - even if the same person is provisioning both.

We will need to revisit what AML compute should look like in an AVM module or modules at a later date.
