This PR is an experimental suggestion that sits on top of #48.
It is the result of moving the AVM variables into their own file, and running avmfix.
As an aside, is the plan to re-introduce some of the github actions & devcontainer support from lonegunmanb's tfmod-scaffold repo, there's some cool stuff in there :-)
