Error net6.0-windows does not exist

I am trying to use this action to sign a cmake/ninja-build .exe binary. I am stilling dotnet and invoking version 0.3.16 of the action, but am getting an error about net6.0-windows not being found, despite having it installed:

It looks like it is reporting an error about the path of your application instead? Maybe you have an incorrect configuration?

Were you able to figure this out? It appears that the path D:\a\pelago\pelago\App\App\bin\Release\net6.0-windows does not exist. Did you build your application before running the signing action?

If so, I would suggest using one of the following strategies to help you debug why the path does not exist:

1. Add a task after application build and before signing that recursively prints all the files/directories in your workspace.
2. Upload all the files in your workspace as a build artifact so that you can search it for the expected path.
