  1. Moving migration page to first level
  2. Moving troubleshooting section to restapi-spec wiki
  3. Add a cross link page to azsdkdoc on PR checklist

Opportunity fix

  1. is SDK local generation validation needed? If so, document it or cross link it.
  2. running each CI step locally, cross link it.
