Vagrant-azure plugin is not supporting these parameters.. #222

There are errors in the configuration of this machine. Please fix the following errors and try again:

Microsoft Azure Provider:

The following settings shouldn't exist: mgmt_certificate, mgmt_endpoint, ssh_port, ssh_private_key_file, vm_image, vm_location, vm_user version:vagrant-azure (2.0.0)

How to find what parameters are supporting for vagrant plugin..?
