"Welcome to AKS Extension" always opens whenever I open my Kubernetes navigator

Describe the bug Open VsCode in administrator mode click on kubernetes extension icon to open up cluster navigation suffer the welcome screen

Mention the platform you are using VsCode Windows 11

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to '...'
2. Click on '....'
3. Scroll down to '....'
4. See error

Expected behavior Welcome screen is done - its installed - It has no use any more - it should not show every time

Thank you @williamohara , this helps, please upgrade your Azure Kubernetes Service - v1.4.9 extension Azure Kubernetes Service - v1.4.9 https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/items?itemName=ms-kubernetes-tools.vscode-aks-tools to v1.4.10 and that welcome page for this extension will go away once mark done. Please let’s us know how it goes, thanks for the share

💡 🗒 Hi @williamohara, just looping back to let you know that we've made improvements to this behavior. The welcome screen will now only appear once per release/update. Once closed, it won’t show up again until the next new release.
