Publish the Microsoft wordpress-alpine-php Dockerfile

Hey there,

Is there a possibility of adding the Dockerfile used for mcr.microsoft.com/appsvc/wordpress-alpine-php:X.Y to this repository? We like the way the current image works but would prefer to be on a newer version of PHP.

Having the Dockerfile public would allow us to do that. It would also mean that we and the rest of the community can better discuss and contribute improvements to the image.
