CQUI not working after loading a Save Game. #249

After upgrading to the latest version I can't load a save game and CQUI still be working. Someone on steam mentioned they was having the same problem if they used a Modded Civ.

I was using a Modded Civ also and I have not yet tested to see if I don't use the Civ if this will correct the problem. I have used this Mod with the same Modded Civ in the past without any problems.

Edit: I tested this without the Modded Civ and everything seems to be working fine, but like I mentioned before up until the most recent update both this Mod and the Modded Civ worked fine together.

Cannot replicate. I move the entire mod folder in and out of its location, and can still load the savegame with the mod included afterwards... what is your setup (including other mods)?

I was using the Glory to Rome +DLC Mod. As soon as I removed that Mod everything worked as it should. Also, CQUI worked fine after starting the game it was only after loading a saved game was there a problem.

I am experiencing the same issue. I was using the Atlantis civ and also tested it with the Glory to Rome +DLC mod. Both of these mods are from the same author.

When I tried to reproduce the issue CQUI and one of those 2 mods were the only ones I had enabled. When starting a fresh game CQUI loads and works nicely. But, saving and then loading it again CQUI does not load anymore.

I also confirmed that when neither of the two custom civs mentioned above are enabled the loading of games works as expected (i.e. cqui works).

Same here. I'm able to reproduce with a vanilla game and this as the only mod enabled. Start a game and the mod is loaded, save and load it's not enabled.

Making the mod save dependant does not work.

I found a workaround by accident. Just start a multiplayer game with the Atlantis (or Rome) mod as the only player, now saving the game and loading it works. The CQUI appears.
