Add global usage limit for packages #176

I have a product registered in the shop that I would like to control the quantity of.

Example, VIP sale, but limit to 300 units and each user can only purchase once.

As you can see in the screenshot, you have the option to control how many times the user can buy the product, but not how much of the product you will have.

Option that has to enable quantity if activated only allows the user to choose the quantity he will buy of the same product.

@MrMicky-FR questions, do we need to wait for the new version of the plugin to be released? I have the latest version and the option hasn't appeared for me yet.
