Add MercadoPago payment gateway #74

Add support for MercadoPago API, since it is one of the most used payment methods in South America.

This can help getting payments with physical money and allows ways for people without credit cards to pay in our store.

Hi, thanks for your suggestion :)

Unfortunately it would be too complicated for us to add and test country-specific payment gateways in the shop for every countries.

Also for MercadoPago I can’t even find an english documentation for payment integration.

The best solution would be to create a small plugin to add this payment method, like we did for Dedipass (a french payment gateway) with this plugin: https://github.com/Azuriom/Plugin-DedipassPayment.
