You must include an option so users can reopen the ticket
Add a replied status. (When admin replies to the ticket) If the user replies again status changes to open again or something like that. A difference between opened and replied.
Add the option to mention a role in the webhook.
Order the tickets by category and status.

Also will be good if the tickets can be synced with a discord channel, so tickets on the website can be responded in discord.
