Ticket template replied bug #36

  1. When a user now opens a ticket with mandatory question it comes as a message and then the status of the ticket is automatically set to replied when no staff has answered.

  2. There is a bug with the close button in the translation as you can see in this image image

This issue seems like to be related to the theme, so it should be fixed directly within the theme
