Azuriom 1.0 documentation update #38

As indicated in a message from MrMicky on the Azuriom Discord server, the possibility to upgrade an existing Azuriom site to version 1.0 will not come in the next few days but in the next few weeks. In order to avoid giving bad hopes, I simply replaced the word day by week.

I don't think at this point, those parts in the docs really matter anymore. Since it's really close to release right now. Those parts in the doc might as well just be removed, as neither days nor weeks is accurate at this point.

If anything it should be changed to letting people know it will release as soon as possible, instead of giving any indication of time. as that mostly leads to false promises.

This PR can be closed, as the update to v1.0 is now possible for earlier versions of Azuriom. @MAXOUXAX
