Scout Timing field displayed in seconds when loaded from History #181

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Load a build from History that contains a Scout Timing value in the Final 
waypoint.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to see this value in "mm:ss" format.  Instead, it displays the total 
seconds.  For example, if the value is 1 minute, 10 seconds, it displays "70" 
instead of "1:10".

Similar to issue 129.
