Wrong version number in release v0025 #191

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run EC v0025
2. Look at the update notification
3. Look at the application title bar

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect that no newer updates will be found.
I expect to see v0025 in the title bar.

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.
The update manager informs that a new version (v0025) is available.
The title bar states that we are running v0025.

In order to fix the issue I'll increment the version number to v0026 (next 
planned release).
