Unable to specify early timing and number of zerglings with banelings in final result #193

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Create a build with a waypoint specifying said number of zerglings desired. For 
instance I ultimately want to attack with 11 zerglings and 5 banelings, but I 
want all the zerglings to spawn in time to make it across the map so that when 
the banelings are done morphing, all of my units are in position to attack. So 
I specify that I want 16 zerglings by 4:30 and then in the final output I put 5 
banelings.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The expected output would should show 16 zerglings by 4:30. but 11 zerglings 
total and 5 banelings total by the end of the build. Instead I see 17 zerglings 
total with 5 banelings. It appears to create new zerglings to morph rather than 
use the ones already spawned.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I am using v26 on Windows 7 64 bit
