EC is broken. #198

I've been away due to medical issues. I grabbed the latest release and the 
latest from the truck.

EC is putting out some very, very silly builds. Extractor trick on 9!? 
Overlords on 6/7/8!? Building 4+ extra overlords for no reason? The list goes 
on and on. I've yet to produce a single build that was _at least_ optimal, let 
alone something that makes sense.

I realize the project has been essentially abandoned,  but the featured release 
should be reverted to a version that produces reasonable or optimal builds. The 
last one to do so was v23.

v20 appears to produce more optimal builds (closer to in-game times and faster) 
than v23 FWIW.

First of all It's nice to see you back.

Let's try to pin point our problems I would also like some more steam in this 
project.

Here is the *documented* list of changes since v0020. The speed optimization 
might be a good starting lead.
It would be nice to have a set of inputs and outputs you got from your tests of 
the last several versions + trunk.
Keep in mind that a major refactorization was performed recently on the trunk 
(see r284 and issue #196)

v0024
* Fixed a bug that made it impossible to build Overlords while in negative 
supply (from using the Extractor trick).
* Fixed a bug that caused Zerglings to be treated as consuming 1 supply 
(instead of 0.5) when being morphed into Banelings. This caused the supply to 
incorrectly lower by 0.5 every time a Baneling was built.
* Fixed a bug that caused the "total games played" and "games played per 
second" statistics to be calculated incorrectly (it did not take into account 
the games played by dead threads).

v0023
* Added an option to supress Extractors for gas-free builds.
* Increased games played per second by another 110%!
