Larva should count towards fitness #202

Since more larva is always better than less larva, having more larva should 
count some amount towards fitness.

I'm not really sure about this. Sitting on larva is similar to acquiring 
minerals and not spending them - you even begin to loose larva if you stop 
producing units as a hatchery with >= 3 larva will stop it's regular production 
and the only way to gain additional larva is to inject at that point.
