ClassNotFoundException EvolutionChamber

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. java -jar evolutionchamber-version-0026.jar 
2. In final enter "10" in the drones field
3. hit start

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
On the command line I get:
Exception in thread "AWT-EventQueue-0" java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: 
com/fray/evo/EvolutionChamber$1

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version 0026, OS is Ubuntu 10.10.

Please provide any additional information below.
The class EvolutionChamber$1 really isn't in the jar but EvolutionChamber.class 
and EvolutionChamber$2.class are.

Ok I fixed it by redownloading and now the file is there. Apparently my ubuntu 
archive manager does not save everything when I do "save archive as"...
